Home Studio Pick Up

You may collect your selected outfit directly from our Home Studio. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the full address and pickup details via email or message.

Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and efficient handover. At pickup, we will briefly guide you on garment care and return instructions.

Kindly bring a valid ID for verification when collecting your order.

Delivery Option

For your convenience, we offer a reliable delivery service straight to your doorstep. Each outfit is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery details and timing will be confirmed after your booking is secured. We recommend selecting delivery at least 1–2 days before your event to allow for a stress-free experience.

Return instructions will be provided with your order.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment (or required deposit) is received.
  • All garments must be handled with care.
  • Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement fees.

Security Deposit (Bond)

A refundable security deposit (bond) is required for all rentals. This deposit covers any potential damage, excessive staining, loss, or late returns.

Once the outfit is returned and inspected, your deposit will be refunded within the specified timeframe, provided the item is in its original condition.

Any necessary repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the bond if applicable.
