Downloadable planning tools and checklists are available for couples planning
their own wedding. These can be purchased separately online.

Advice on lighting elements such as fairy lights, chandeliers, and candles to
enhance the mood and atmosphere.
Do you offer Pick-Up of Hire Items
We don’t offer delivery, but we can assist with small item collections (e.g. stationery or cards). For larger items, we’ll help coordinate the best solution through a third party delivery driver.
Are your prices fixed?
Our prices are a guide only. All proposals are tailored based on the scale, location,
complexity and requirements of your wedding following the Discovery Call.
How many times can my quote be revised?
Your quote includes up to three revisions within the initial quotation period. Additional revisions,
late changes, or requests made close to the event date may incur an administration fee or may not
be accommodated, depending on timing and feasibility
Can I make changes close to the event date
To ensure quality and smooth execution, design, quantities, and logistics are locked in prior to your
event. Requests made within the final weeks may be limited or declined and may attract additional fees
due to resourcing, supplier cut-offs, or production timelines
Does your prices include Van Hire
Delivery van hire or item transport isn’t included. Delivery support can be arranged at an additional cost.
Event Hire Items
Product hire isn’t included in our planning packages. Discounted rates are available when booked through our services.
Where can i access your Event Hire
Our hire collection can be viewed online. For custom setups or specific requests, please contact us to arrange a consultation.
Are you responsible for third-party vendors you recommend?
While we recommend trusted and insured vendors, all third-party services are contracted
directly between the client and the vendor. NS Styling is not liable for the performance,
delivery or outcomes of third-party suppliers.
Are there timeframes for feedback and approvals?
Yes. Timely feedback and approvals are essential (One week). Delays in client responses may impact
availability, timelines or outcomes, and NS Styling cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late
approvals
Who is responsible for damage or loss of hire items
Clients are responsible for all hired items from delivery or collection until return. Any damage, loss, or
excessive cleaning required may be deducted from the security bond or invoiced accordingly.
Who is responsible for planning checklist items if I book Styling only?
Checklists are provided as a reference tool. The client remains fully responsible for managing, completing
and actioning all checklist items.
Our team is not responsible for the execution, coordination or follow-up of checklist items that fall
outside the agreed styling scope, unless planning or coordination services are added to the booking
Do your prices include florals or Event hire?
Floral design, event hire items are not included in our pricing unless otherwise specified. We work closely with
trusted florists and will collaborate on design direction, styling requirements and quantities to align with your
vision and budget
Do your prices include travel
Travel within the Sydney metropolitan area is included unless otherwise stated. Weddings outside this area
may incur additional travel or accommodation fees, which will be outlined in your custom proposal
How many weddings do you take on each year
To maintain an exceptional level of focus, care and availability, we intentionally accept a limited
number of weddings each year across our full-service offerings
How do you handle unexpected changes or weather impacts
To ensure a high level of focus, care and availability for our couples, we intentionally limit the
number of weddings we accept each year across our full-service offerings.
What happens if we source our own vendors
Where clients independently engage vendors outside of NS Styling’s recommendations, those vendors remain
the responsibility of the client.
In such cases, clients may be required to acknowledge responsibility for third-party supplier performance,
insurance, and contractual obligations prior to the wedding day
What is the difference between Wedding Planning, Coordination and Design Styling?
Wedding Planning focuses on the management, logistics, timelines, vendor coordination and
execution of your wedding.
Design Styling focuses on the visual and aesthetic elements — concept development, design direction,
styling selections and on-the-day styling supervision.
While there is natural overlap, full run sheet development, vendor management and event timelines
are delivered through our Planning and Coordination services. Styling services focus on creative
direction and setup only.
Does Design Styling include run sheet or timeline development?
Design Styling includes a basic styling and setup schedule relating only to styling elements (e.g. bump-in,
styling placement, and pack-down). Comprehensive run sheets, guest timelines, vendor schedules, and event
flow management are included only when Planning, Partial Planning, or On-the-Day Coordination services
are booked
Can I add additional services throughout the planning process
Yes. Many couples choose to begin with one service and expand their scope as plans evolve. Additional
services can be added subject to availability and will be quoted accordingly
Why are your prices a guide only
Every wedding is unique. Pricing reflects scope, scale, location, complexity and level of involvement required.
Providing tailored proposals ensures each couple receives the appropriate level of service and support.
What is not included in my booked service?
Each service is delivered strictly in line with the scope outlined in your proposal. Tasks, coordination, vendor
management or deliverables that sit outside the agreed scope are not included unless added in writing.
This ensures clarity, accountability, and a seamless experience for all parties
