Important Care & Handling Notice – DIY Hire Items

Please note that while all fabrics, are prepared prior to collection, fabric creases is a natural occurrence during packing, transportation and storage. As such, clients hiring these items on a DIY basis are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate equipment and sufficient time available to prepare the items prior to use.

Professional garment or fabric steamers are strongly recommended. Event stylists routinely steam  fabric products on-site before installation to achieve the desired finish. Clients must also ensure they have any necessary installation accessories and hardware required for setup, including (where applicable) pins, steamer, extension chords, or other  mechanisms.

Under no circumstances should household irons be used directly on hire fabrics unless its set to a safe steamer mode or specific written instructions have been provided. Damage caused by excessive heat, scorching, burning, melting, staining, or misuse of an iron or other equipment will be deemed customer-caused damage and will incur repair and/or replacement charges.

By proceeding with the hire, the client acknowledges responsibility for the preparation, steaming, installation and safe handling of all DIY hire items.

Home Studio Pick Up

You may collect your selected outfit directly from our Home Studio. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the full address and pickup details via email or message.

Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and efficient handover. At pickup, we will briefly guide you on garment care and return instructions.

Kindly bring a valid ID for verification when collecting your order.

Delivery Option

For your convenience, we offer a reliable delivery service straight to your doorstep. Each outfit is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery details and timing will be confirmed after your booking is secured. We recommend selecting delivery at least 1–2 days before your event to allow for a stress-free experience.

Return instructions will be provided with your order.

Important Information
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment (or required deposit) is received.
  • All garments must be handled with care.
  • Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement fees.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our pieces for future clients.

Security Deposit (Bond)

A refundable security deposit (bond) is required for all rentals. This deposit covers any potential damage, excessive staining, loss, or late returns.

Once the outfit is returned and inspected, your deposit will be refunded within the specified timeframe, provided the item is in its original condition.

Any necessary repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the bond if applicable.
