To ensure that we have the time to create your dream design, we require a minimum notice of four weeks. This gives us the time to source the highest quality faux flowers, create custom arrangements, and ensure that every detail is perfect.
While some of our styles are available for dry hire, our backdrops and florals are only available as a package, ensuring that every aspect of your event is styled to perfection. With our premium faux floral hire, you can be confident that your event will look and feel amazing, without the worry of wilted flowers or maintenance.

Home Studio Pick Up
You may collect your selected outfit directly from our Home Studio. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the full address and pickup details via email or message.
Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and efficient handover. At pickup, we will briefly guide you on garment care and return instructions.
Kindly bring a valid ID for verification when collecting your order.
Delivery Option
For your convenience, we offer a reliable delivery service straight to your doorstep. Each outfit is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Delivery details and timing will be confirmed after your booking is secured. We recommend selecting delivery at least 1–2 days before your event to allow for a stress-free experience.
Return instructions will be provided with your order.
Important Information
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment (or required deposit) is received.
- All garments must be handled with care.
- Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement fees.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our pieces for future clients.
Security Deposit (Bond)
A refundable security deposit (bond) is required for all rentals. This deposit covers any potential damage, excessive staining, loss, or late returns.
Once the outfit is returned and inspected, your deposit will be refunded within the specified timeframe, provided the item is in its original condition.
Any necessary repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the bond if applicable.
