I acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions

Payment & Cancellation: I agree to pay the required deposit and balance by the specified due dates. I understand the deposit is non-refundable if I cancel within the late cancellation period (e.g. within approximately 3–4 weeks of the event). Any cancellation or date change must be provided in writing and is subject to NS Prop Styling’s cancellation policy.

  • Rental Period & Returns: I acknowledge that my hire is for a fixed 24-hour period (or as otherwise quoted). I agree to return all items on the agreed return date, clean and repacked as received. Late or missed returns may incur additional fees. All glassware and fragile items must be hand-washed, dried, and packed as found.
  • Damage & Liability: I accept full responsibility for all hired items from delivery or pickup until return. I agree to pay for any loss, breakage, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. I will use all equipment safely, follow handling instructions, and confirm that I will not sell, sub-hire, or re-hire the equipment to others.
  • Permits & Safety: I agree to obtain any required permits or approvals for the use of hired items (including venue access or open-flame permissions). I will comply with all safety guidelines and will not allow any hazardous use that may cause injury or property damage.
  • Third-Party Vendors & Delivery: I understand that any third-party vendors, drivers, or couriers (whether recommended by NS Prop Styling or engaged by me) operate independently. NS Prop Styling is not responsible for their actions or performance. If I arrange my own transport, I accept full responsibility for the items from pickup to return.
  • Scope of Service: I acknowledge that only the items and services listed in my quote are included. Any additional setup, styling, or equipment must be requested and paid for separately. Website images are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may vary.
  • Photographs & Marketing Use: I agree that NS Prop Styling may photograph the hired items as installed at my event and use these images for marketing and portfolio purposes. If I do not wish myself or guests to appear in images, I will notify NS Prop Styling in writing prior to the event.
  • Reviews & Conduct: I agree to treat all NS Prop Styling staff and subcontractors respectfully. I understand that abusive behavior may result in cancellation of services. I agree not to publish false, misleading, or defamatory reviews and acknowledge that legal action may be taken for harmful false statements.
  • Unused Items: I acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for hired items that are not used during the event.
  • Transport Requirements: I understand that all hired items must be transported in a fully enclosed vehicle (e.g. van or covered SUV). Open utes, trailers, or exposed trays are strictly prohibited.
  • Weather Protection: I acknowledge that hired items must not be left outdoors overnight or exposed to rain, dew, wind, or direct sunlight. Any weather-related damage will incur full replacement costs.
  • USB Lamps: I understand that USB rechargeable lamps must be handled with clean hands, kept upright, and never stacked. Damaged units will incur a replacement fee of $250 per lamp.
  • Tableware & Silverware: I agree that all cutlery, crockery, risers, and silverware must be hand-washed and returned fully clean.
  • Candle Holders: I agree that candle holders must be returned free of wax and soot. A cleaning fee of $5.50 per unit will apply if returned dirty.
  • Deposits & Security Bond: I understand that the booking deposit is a non-refundable payment securing my hire or service, while the security deposit (bond) is a separate, refundable amount held against potential damages or breaches. I acknowledge that these are processed separately.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with this booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to NS Prop Styling’s full Terms & Conditions, https://nsstyling.com/policies/terms-of-service , including all applicable limitations and fees, as in force at the time of hire or service.
