I acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions set out by NS Prop Styling (please tick each box once you've read each line)

Acknowledgment Checklist

  • Payment & Cancellation: I agree that I must pay the required deposit and balance by the due dates. I understand the deposit is non refundable if I cancel late (e.g. within ~3–4 weeks of the event). Any cancellation or date change must be communicated in writing and is subject to NSPS’s cancellation policy.
  • Rental Period & Returns: I acknowledge that my hire is for a fixed 24 hour period (or as quoted)n. I will return all items on the agreed return date, clean and repacked. Late or missed returns may incur extra fees. I agree to hand-wash and dry all glassware and fragile items, and pack them as found.
  • Damage & Liability: I accept that from delivery until pickup, all hired equipment is my responsibility. I will be liable for any breakage, loss or damage beyond normal use, and will pay replacement or repair costs as needed. I will use the equipment safely and follow any handling instructions. (I will NOT sell or re-hire the equipment to others.)
  • Permits & Safety: I agree to secure any necessary permits or approvals for use of the hire items (such as venue access, open-flame permissions, etc.). I will follow all safety guidelines (for example, no naked flames on fabrics unless proper safeguards are in place). I will not allow any hazardous use that could injure anyone or damage property.
  • Third Party Vendors & Delivery: I understand that any third-party vendors or drivers (including those recommended by NSPS or hired by me) are independent. NSPS makes no warranty about their performance, and NSPS is not liable for any act or omission of those third parties. If I use my own delivery/courier, I do so at my own risk and am responsible for the equipment from pickup to return.
  • Scope of Service: I acknowledge that only the items and services listed in my quote are included. Any additional setup, styling or equipment must be requested and paid for separately. Photographic examples on the website are illustrative; actual items may vary.
  • Photographs & Marketing Use: I agree that NS Prop Styling may photograph the hired items as they are installed at my event and use images of those products for NSPS’s marketing and portfolio. (If I do not want myself or guests featured, I will notify NSPS in writing beforehand.)
  • Reviews & Conduct: I will conduct myself respectfully with all NSPS staff and subcontractors. I understand NSPS can cancel our agreement if I behave abusively. I agree not to post false, misleading or defamatory reviews about NS Prop Styling; I acknowledge NSPS may pursue legal action for damaging false statements.
  • Unused Items: I acknowledge that no refund will be given for any hired item I do not use during the event.
  • Transport Requirements: I understand all hired items must be transported in a fully enclosed vehicle (e.g. van or covered SUV). Open utes, trailers, or exposed trays are strictly not permitted.
  • Weather Protection: I understand no items are to be left outdoors overnight or exposed to wet weather, dew, wind, or sun. Water or weather damage will incur full replacement cost.
  • USB Lamps: I understand USB rechargeable lamps must be handled with clean hands, kept upright, and never stacked. Replacement cost is $250 per unit if damaged.
  • Tableware & Silverware: I acknowledge all cutlery, crockery, risers, and silverware must be handwashed and fully clean before returning.
  • Candle Holders: I agree candle holders must be returned free of wax and soot. A cleaning fee of $5.50 per unit will apply to any that are returned dirty.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By booking, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to NS Prop Styling’s full Terms & Conditions (including all limitations and fees) in force at the time of hire.
